Beelink EQ12 debuts as new Intel Alder Lake

Beelink is now selling the EQ12, its first Alder Lake-N powered mini-PC. Announced earlier this year, the Beelink EQ12 measures just 124 x 112 x 38 mm and is available with the Processor N100. For reference, the Processor N100 features four E cores and no P cores. As such, it lacks Intel Hyper-Threading and only offers four threads. Additionally, the processor has a 6 W TDP, which its CPU cores share with a UHD Graphics Xe iGPU that has 24 Execution Units.

Moreover, the low-powered chip delivers 1 GHz to 3.4 GHz clock speeds across its CPU and a 750 MHz peak iGPU clock speed. Beelink has paired the Processor N100 with DDR5-4800 RAM that is available in 8 GB or 16 GB volumes, plus 500 GB of NVMe storage. Furthermore, the EQ12 contains MicroSD, M.2 2280 and 2.5-inch slots, should you need more than the default 500 GB storage.

The EQ12 has plenty of ports too, with three USB 3.2 Gen2 Type-A connections, a single Type-C port that supports DisplayPort Alt Mode, as well as twin 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet and HDMI 2.0 ports. The Beelink EQ12 comes in four colours, which the company describes as Pearl White, Millenial Grey, Senior Grey and Navy Blue. Beelink has priced the EQ12 at US$239 with 8 GB of RAM, although you will need to apply a US$30 coupon on Amazon to purchase the mini-PC at that price.
