Amazon's Prime Day for October may now be over but the retailer is still providing some tasty discounts on some of its top tech. For instance, the Amazon Fire 7 tablet has now fallen to just $50. This is a $30 discount for the 2022 enhanced model and is the cheapest price we have for this particular model on record. It's a limited-time deal for the Android tablet too, so it potentially may revert to its original price after today.

Available in black and denim, the Amazon Fire 7 tablet comes with a 7-inch touchscreen display that is great for watching movies or TV shows on the go. Equally, reading a book or calling family members is made easy with Alexa and Zoom built-in. A quad-core processor powers the device with a 10-hour battery life and 32GB of storage included as well. If that's not enough, it can be expanded up to 1TB.

While we haven't had hands-on with this model, we did review the Amazon Fire 7 from 2019 and found it to be "about as good as you get for a $50 tablet," and that doesn't take into account the 40% bigger battery life and 30% faster processor that the 2022 version offers for that same price. It's ideal for kids around the house or to treat someone this holiday season.
